Cloth incontinence pads are part of our staple product range. Cloth incontinence pads are made of natural materials of various dimensions and are characterized by increased urine absorption that is rarer than blood. The pads are made of bamboo material that is antibacterial and does not favor the formation of fungi infections and itching. They are easy to maintain and wash at high temperatures. They can be dried in a dryer or in the air and last for years.

These specially designed slim pads are tailored for enhanced urinary absorbency and are ideal for managing mild incontinence. Let’s explore their features:

• Layered Construction: These pads consist of six layers, combining cotton and bamboo Additionally, they incorporate a PUL (polyurethane laminate) layer that prevents liquid leakage while allowing the skin to breathe.
• Absorption Power: The reinforced core, made of cotton material and bamboo velour, ensures excellent absorption. Whether it’s a small leak or a more substantial issue, these insoles provide reliable protection.
• Easy Maintenance: You can conveniently wash these insoles at 90 degrees Celsius. They are also suitable for the dryer, making them a practical choice for daily use. Additionally, they are machine washable or can be cleaned by hand.

The outer layer, designed for incontinence, is made from Bamboo Velour or Bamboo Terry, which effectively absorbs moisture due to its dense material texture. Bamboo antibacterial properties prevent the growth of fungi, bacteria, itching, and other issues commonly associated with disposable pads. It provides a dry and comfortable feeling during wear, thanks to its breathable surface.

How to Use:

1. The front layer of the pads, made from Bamboo Velour or Bamboo Terry, should be placed against the skin. The back layer is made of white cotton material. Ensure that the stitched part of the insole aligns with the center and the shape of the absorbent core. Wearing the pads in the correct orientation is crucial for effective absorption.
2. Each insole has wings with plastic snaps that securely attach to women’s underwear, keeping the pad in place during movement.
3. For storage, consider using a dedicated WETBAG, which is waterproof and odor-resistant. Simply fold the pad and place it in the WETBAG, where both clean and used pads can be stored.

Remember to follow the care instructions to maintain their effectiveness and longevity.

Before use:

• Always wash the insoles in a washing machine to remove any residual sewing materials.
• Avoid using fabric softeners during maintenance, as they can reduce the absorbency of the insoles. Regular detergent (powder or liquid) is recommended.

After use:

• Place the pads in cold water with OXY powder (available at DM or Lidl). Let them soak for several hours. Avoid using warm water during this step, as it can seal blood stains.
• Rinse the pads thoroughly and remove any remaining stains using stain-removing soap.
• Wash the pads in the washing machine along with other laundry items (again, no fabric softener!).
• If stains persist even after machine washing, sun-drying is the best natural bleaching method.

Avoid ironing the pads, as it can compress the fibers and reduce their absorbency. Opt for drying in a dryer to maintain their softness consistently!
